Sourdough Bread

All of our Sourdough Breads are made with a base of 5 simple ingredients. Bread Flour, Water, Wheat Germ, Diastatic Malt, and Sea Salt. The loaves are baked in a dutch oven and have a deep rustic crust and a soft creamy crumb.
